The breaking point
Our founder had spent over two decades in the Luxembourg fund industry—building operations, managing compliance, watching regulation evolve. When SFDR arrived, he saw something that made no sense: asset managers were scrambling to build internal processes paying for data vendors and expensive analysts to gather data and consolidate into spreadsheets. The same work, repeated by every manager, for every asset, every reporting period.
Proving it works
Extensive analysis and market survey to define a flexible and customizable proprietary framework that satisfies various standards and regulatory requirements. A platform that bypasses data vendors and extracting data from the source, allowing clients to perform all oversight and compliance needs under a single platform. A SaaS solution that clients can have full control and customize to their specific needs supported by a team of experts.
The partnership
The AI solution emerged from a partnership with IQZ Systems in 2023 with 140+ specialists having deep experience building intelligent automation for enterprise clients. We combined regulatory expertise with cutting-edge language models. The goal was specific: build an AI that reads sustainability documents the way a senior analyst would, but faster, more consistently, and with complete documentation of its reasoning.
Rollout
We achieved Google Cloud certification and deployed our multi-agent architecture. Asset managers started using the platform. The results confirmed our thesis: 96× faster data extraction. Complete source attribution. Audit trails that actually satisfy auditors. Unique end to end solution that nobody else provides.
Trubient is born
We rebranded to reflect what we've become: not just another tool, but a trusted source of intelligence for sustainable investment decisions. The name combines "true" and "ambient"—accurate data that surrounds and informs every decision you make.
